Not everybody like to spend time editing and adding website content, like blog post, new pages etc. Hence you could use your support hours to get content updated on your website. Once your content is ready, you can send it off to me to format and post it.

You might have some technology related questions. May be your hosting provider sent a cryptic email or your email is being weird. You do not have to stress over what to do, simply use your support hours to get answers to the questions you may have.

If my website was not built by you, can I still sign up for a Care Plan?
Yes, absolutely! If you’re looking to build a personalised partnership with qualified web professional, I’d be happy to work with you. However, before getting started on a Care Plan, I’ll need to do a website audit, like a health check for your website, to understand the current state of your website and to get you set-up for success.
What is a website audit (health check)?
A website audit is a one-time service which includes looking through the current state of your website, in addition to software updates, site backup, and recommendations on areas of website that could use some little extra attention. If I didn’t build your site or it’s been quiet some time since you’ve been on one of my plans, you’ll need to get this service before starting a Care Plan.
How do I get support if I'm not on one of the Care Plan?
Unfortunately I do not offer hourly work or one-off fixes for business that are not on one of the care plans. If you are not on a care plan and need assistance, please get in touch with me to either sign up for a care plan or so that I can get you a proposal. I prefer to spend my energy and time building my ongoing relationships with businesses which are focussed on continual success and growth.
How do I cancel my Care Plan?
If you want to cancel the care plan, you can cancel at any time. However, I’d hate to see you go, but completely understand that needs of your business can change. To request a cancellation, please get in touch with me.
Do I get priority support and monthly strategy call?
That would depend on which care plan you’re signed up for. If you’re on the Premium or Elite Plan, yes you get priority support and monthly strategy call.
